Slow lead response
Inquiries sit in an inbox or a form tool for hours, and by the time someone replies, the prospect may have contacted a competitor.
AI & Workflow Automation
I'm Umer Iftikhar, a performance marketing and automation specialist based in Karachi, Pakistan. My AI automation services connect the tools you already use, so leads are routed and followed up, customer data moves between systems without copying, and recurring reports put themselves together.
Not every task needs AI. Most business automation is rule-based: when a form is submitted, run these steps. I add AI only where it does something useful, such as sorting or summarizing an inquiry, and I tell you which parts of a workflow use it.
What to expect
The Problem
The same tasks repeat every day, and each one takes time away from customers.
Inquiries sit in an inbox or a form tool for hours, and by the time someone replies, the prospect may have contacted a competitor.
Leads, orders and customer details are copied between forms, spreadsheets and CRMs by hand, with mistakes along the way.
Whether a lead gets a second message depends on someone remembering to send it.
Pulling numbers from ad platforms and analytics into a weekly report is manual work that comes round every week.
What I Build
I map how work moves through your business today, find the repetitive steps that cost the most time, and replace them with workflows that run in the background. As an AI automation consultant, I'll also tell you when a task isn't worth automating.
New leads from forms, ads and messages are logged, tagged and sent to the right person or CRM, with follow-up triggered automatically.
Forms, spreadsheets, CRMs, email and messaging apps connected so data moves between them without copying and pasting.
Ad platform and analytics data pulled into a dashboard or summary on a schedule, instead of manual exports.
Language-model steps that classify, summarize or draft text inside a workflow, with human review wherever accuracy matters.
I build in n8n, Make or Zapier depending on your tools, data volume and whether you prefer a self-hosted option. n8n automation services suit businesses that want more control over hosting and complex logic.
Process
Nothing is built until we agree what the workflow should do and how we'll know it's working.
I document how leads, customers and data move through your business today and where time is lost.
I list the automations worth building, in order of time saved and how much each affects customers.
I build the workflows and any AI steps, connected to the tools you already use.
I run real scenarios, handle edge cases and, where AI is involved, check outputs for accuracy and tone.
I document each workflow, walk your team through it and set up alerts for failed runs.

The Difference
Every lead gets an acknowledgment and reaches the right person as soon as it arrives, not when someone checks the inbox.
Repetitive admin runs in the background, leaving more time for sales and service.
Every lead gets the same follow-up sequence, whoever is working that day.
Data moves between tools automatically instead of being retyped.
Proof
Lead forms and messaging configured so admission inquiries from Meta campaigns reached the school quickly during a short admission season.
FAQ
Most repetitive, rule-based tasks can be automated: capturing and routing leads, follow-up messages, CRM updates, order and inquiry notifications, data syncing between tools and scheduled reports. Tasks that need judgment can sometimes be partly automated, with a person approving the final step.
Workflow automation follows fixed rules: when something happens, it runs a set of steps. AI automation adds a language model to a step, for example to sort an inquiry by topic or summarize a message. Many useful automations need no AI at all, and I only add it where it helps.
I build in n8n, Make or Zapier, connected to tools such as Google Sheets, CRMs, email and Looker Studio, and use the OpenAI or Claude APIs for AI steps. I choose based on the tools you already use, how much data runs through the workflow and whether you want a self-hosted option.
No. The automations run in the background. I document each one and walk your team through what it does and what to do if something needs attention.
Automations run in your own accounts and follow the permissions of the tools involved. Data is only passed to services that need it for the workflow, and I tell you which external services, including any AI provider, will receive it.
No. Automation removes repetitive admin so your team spends more time on sales, service and decisions that need a person.
I set up alerts for failed runs and document each workflow so problems can be traced. Ongoing monitoring and fixes after handover are agreed as part of the project.

Lead campaigns that feed straight into your follow-up workflows.
Forms and inquiry flows built to connect to your systems.
Work With Me
Describe the process: where the information starts, which tools it passes through, and who handles it today. I'll reply with how I'd approach it and what access I'd need.
